HTC One (M8) for Windows Debuts and Hits the Markets in the States


The teasers and leaks about the HTC One (M8) for Windows kept evoking the curiosity of the fans of the latest flagship of the company and the users of Windows Phone. The news from this week is that HTC One (M8) for Windows is already up-for-sales in the States. What is the special about the new flagship? It is as appealing and premium as its Android-powered sibling HTC One M8 that came to the digit world in the end of March. In terms of hardware capabilities and connectivity features, the new addition to the HTC’ family will not disappoint the highest expectations of users. 

Under the metal frame of the One (M8) for Windows is working a quad-core processor set at 2.3GHz. It comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chip and 2GB RAM for the brilliant performance users will enjoy. The screen of the flagship is Super LCD3 with a diagonal of 5-inches and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The pixel density is 441ppi, not bad, right? The internal storage provided for users is 32GB. It can be expanded with 128GB via microSD cards. 

The operating system pre-installed on the phone is Windows Phone 8.1. It has the BlinkFeed feature ready to be used right away. The main camera on the back of the flagship is UltraPixel 4MP shooter Duo Camera with dual-LED and abundance of capabilities. In the heart of the model is working a 2600mAh battery that provides enough juice for the device to keep it running during your busy day. 

Two carriers have confirmed that will sell the phone. Verizon already offers the One (M8) for Windows for $99 subsidized price, tied with 2-year commitment. AT&T is expected to launch the model later.
