Say Hello to Samsung Galaxy Alpha

SamsungGalaxy Alpha is certainly amongst the most anticipated flagships in the digit world until today. The first rumors for the existing of the premium device appeared some weeks before the debut of LG G3. There were gossips and speculations that the model will be announced soon after the arrival of the G3. When Samsung introduced the Galaxy S5 LTE-A many believed that this might be the premium device of the company. It is really premium, but Galaxy Alpha (or Samsung Galaxy F as it was mentioned in leaks) is a different device with its own advantages. 

The Korean giant revealed Galaxy Alpha yesterday on 13^th of August in Russia. The appearance of the phone fascinates with premium-looking metal frame. The shape of the panel of the new high-end smartphone borrows the design of Samsung Galaxy S5. The back of Samsung Galaxy Alpha is removable, adorned with faux leather pattern. The new flagship is slightly smaller than the Galaxy S5 and measures 6.7 x 65.6 x 132.4 mm, 115 grams of weight. The screen outfitted in the premium handset is with 4.7-inch diagonal, Super AMOLED. Just like the rumors said before it provides 720p resolution. 

Android 4.4.4 KitKat with TouchWiz are running “the show.” Users will have at their disposal features, such as S Health, power mode “Ultra-low” etc. The phone works with 2GB RAM in configuration with octa-core chip. The equipped processor is Exynos 5 Octa. It provides 32GB storage. If it seems too little for you, get ready to use cloud services because the model does not support microSD cards. On the rare panel is located a 12MP camera with LED flash and autofocus. On the face of the handset is placed a 2.1MP camera, excellent for video calls. Galaxy Alpha is provided with 1860mAh battery under the hood. It supports abundance of connectivity features, including the high-speed LTE Cat. 6. 

The first country that will announce the phone for sells is Russia. It is hitting the markets o 12^th of September. Just like the smartphone, the price is also premium. Customers should prepare around $690 for the unlocked device. In local currency, it costs RUB 25000. Most of the color versions of Galaxy Alpha appeared in leaks. It will be up-for-sales in Sleek Silver, Dazzling White, Charcoal Black, Frosted Gold and Scuba Blue. It has fingerprint scanner and heart rate sensor.
