In the beginning of the year Apple re-launched the Apple iPhone 4 model in the Indian market according to The India Times media. It was offered at relatively affordable price. However it seems that even the reasonable price-tag did not help to the model to grab the interest of users. India Times recently announced that Apple is discontinuing the iPhone 4 and there aren’t any clues that the company will change its decision again.
According
to three major trade partners of Apple, the mobile giant will no longer assure
supplies of the model. The Apple iPhone 4 will be gradually discontinued from the
markets where it is still up-for-sales. The iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S reached very
good sale numbers in Russia,
Brazil and China. After
the iPhone 4 goes in the past, the next affordable model is iPhone 4S. Both
models are available at similar prices at the moment.
iPhone 4
was released in 2010. It supports the iOS 7 platform even though the
performance is far from decent. It works with a single-core processor with 1GHz
power with Apple A4 chip paired with 512MB RAM. There are only 8GB storage.
When the model was officially introduced it definitely had a lot to offer to
Apple’s fans. Compared to the current flagships however, the iPhone 4 has very
limited capabilities.
