Retailers in Germany Listed Microsoft Lumia 535 for Pre-Orders

Microsoft announced the first handset with the new pattern for naming of the Lumia line. It is the entry-level smartphone Microsoft Lumia 535. The phone was recently unveiled and now it is almost ready to hit the markets. The Lumia 535 is officially available for pre-orders in Germany. It is listed by several major retailers in the country. They offer different deals for the phone. 

For example in Amazon.de the Lumia 535 costs €140 and the shipping date for the model is 5th of December. In Alternate.de and in the official store of Microsoft in Germany the new phone is offered for €120. A quick reminder for the specs of the device includes a 5-inch screen IPS with qHD resolution and pixel density of 220ppi. The display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. 

In the gut of the phone is working Snapdragon 200 chip with 1GB RAM. It has 8GB storage and a slot for more memory via microSD cards. The two cameras with a resolution of 5MP are set on the front and on the back of the handset. The Lumia 535 comes in black, blue, gray, white, green and orange. It is powered by a 1905mAh battery. Users will find it in Windows Phone app store. It is ready to use in beta mode. The app is purposed for the phones and the tablets of the Lumia line running on Windows Phone 8.1. The Movie Creator app is provided with a wide range of features and possibilities. Users can create movies with up to 25 videos captured on the phone or the tablet, images and effects, pictures, living images, sounds and music. 

The movies can have different length. They can be edited and enriched with text cards, filters, captions etc. Users can easily delete movies. The Movie Creator app offers plenty of possibilities for sharing the content on the social networks, email etc. The projects created within the app are stored separately from the original images and videos. New Lumia is Coming Soon, Rumors Say

Microsoft will release a new Lumia
Microsoft is working on a new member of the Lumia line with the size of Nokia Lumia 830. It was recently spotted in the FCC database which is a clear sign that it is almost ready to debut officially. The codename of the phone is RM-1090/RM-1091. According to the information listed about the device, the handset has dimensions of 139.9 x 71.1mm. 

The upcoming phone is running on Windows Phone and boasts dual-SIM capabilities. Another place where the mystery phone was mentioned is the logs in AdDuplex. 

They reveal that the new Lumia is packed with a qHD display with a resolution of 960 x 540p. This is something interesting, because the current members of the Lumia line sport screen with resolutions of 1080p, 720p or WVGA. AdDuplex reveals that according to the logs the model is being tested in Taiwan and China. The connectivity capabilities of the phone include 3G with HSPA and GSM as well as Bluetooth LE and Wi-Fi.

Windows 8.1-powered Microsoft Surface Pro 3 Tablet Debuts in NYC


Awhile ago Microsoft made the hint that it will introduce a small-sized tablet to the series Surface. Therefore when the company announced the “Surface” event scheduled for 20th of May all the clues were pointing that the Microsoft Surface mini will enter the tablets’ arena. 
The leaks and the rumors before the 20th of May revealed a bit more about the specs of the upcoming slate and another very interesting thing – a new high-end tablet that will join the Surface family. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is the successor of the Microsoft Surface Pro 2. The new model was the sole star at the event that took place in NYC, US yesterday. There is still no information when the Surface mini will be introduced in the digit world. We will wait and see.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 runs on Windows 8.1 Pro operating system. It sports a 12-inch display with ClearType tech. It boasts a resolution of 1440x2160p and aspect ration of 3:2. The model stands out with very slim body only 9.1mm thick and relatively light panel – 800 grams. The 5 announced variants of the Surface Pro 3 are powered by Intel i3, i5 and i7 chipsets and different amount of RAM and native memory.

It is scheduled for launch in the US on 20th of June. The tablet will land on the global markets later in the summer. The slate arrives with a Surface Pen provided as part of the package. The Type Cover accessory will bring you a similar experience to laptop.
