Nokia XL 4G is Announced in China

Nokia XL 4G will be launched in China soon

Nokia XL working on a customized version of Android is coming to China with a great advantage compared to the original model – the new version supports 4G. To be exact, the Nokia XL 4G can work on TD-SCDMA and D-LTE 4G networks. 

The new handset boasts more improved specs than the original Nokia XL. It is provided with a 5-inch screen, 480 x 800p resolution. The model runs on Android (forked) platform that remains to Windows Phone. The processor integrated in the gut of the phone is a quad-core 1.2GHz 7 Qualcomm Snapdragon 400. It is coupled with 1GB RAM which is a boost compared to the provided 768MB in the Nokia XL with 3G support. 

The camera of the new phone is a 5MP sensor with capabilities to record 720p. In terms of connectivity, the entry-level device coming to China just has it all – from Bluetooth to 4G LTE. In terms of design, the LTE-enabled model is lighter than its predecessor and weighs only 158 grams compared to the bulky 190 grams. The appearance of the freshly announced device resembles the design of the 3G versions. Nokia XL 4G works with a 2000mAh battery. There are speculations that this might be the last device released as par to of the “X” line. Stay tuned.
