Earlier
this year Alcatel took the wraps off from the well endowed mid-ranger One Touch
Idol X+. The phone was officially released soon after that landing on different
markets across the world. One of the countries that have not received the
Alcatel One Touch Idol X+ is the US. When the phone was launched
there were rumors that it might make its way to the States as well but no
details were revealed to back-up the gossips.
Thanks to
the guys of Android Central, the news that the mid-ranger will be launched by
AT&T drew attention in the digit world. Apparently a set of photos of the
model purposed for AT&T were sent to Android Central. The leak with the pictures
is all the new information available at the moment. This means that we know the
One Touch Idol X+ is coming to the carrier, but we still don't know when, neither
we know the price tag for the phone.
The capable
handset arrives with a 5-inch screen with a resolution of 1080p. It is powered
by an octa-core CPU clocked at 2GHz with MediaTek MT6592 chip. It has 2GB RAM
on board. The rare camera of the smartphone is with 13.1MP. LED flash and F2.0.
There is a 2MP front shooter. It supports GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi,
3G in terms of connectivity. The battery of the One Touch Idol X+ is a 2500mAh
cell.
few words at the end: One
Touch Idol X+ brings Alcatel one step closer to the arena of the
high-end smartphones.
