Were you disappointed when Samsung did not announce the new Galaxy Tab 4 tablets at MWC 2014 in Barcelona in February? Well, now you have a reason to smile, because the Korean company officially presented the new trio mid-ranged slates Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 and the smallest from the group, Galaxy Tab 4 7.0. The size is the main difference in the three models tablets.
In general
they arrive with more attractive designs compared to the older models from the
Galaxy Tab 3 line. Users will enjoy lighter and thinner tablets with slimmer
bezels and more powerful hardware and capable software.
The trio is
announced with Android 4.4 KitKat operating system pre-installed on them. They
are provided with the same model processor – a quad-core CPU ticking at 1.2GHz.
The new slates boast 1.5GB RAM. They are armored with a 3MP sensor on the rare
panel and a 1.3MP shooter on the face of all three Galaxy Tab 4 new additions. The
models support microSD cards. In terms of connectivity users will enjoy
Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi. They will be offered for purchase in the classic
color options of black and white. The main variants of the tablets include LTE
and Wi-Fi-only.
The Samsung Galaxy
Tab 4 7.0 fascinates with a 7-inch screen with 800 x 1280 pixels resolution. It
weighs only 276 grams. It provides 8GB or 16GB storage on board.
The bigger
model from the new trio is the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 provided with 8-inch display
with 800 x 1280p. It works with 4450mAh battery in the gut.
The biggest
new mid-ranger from the series Galaxy Tab 4 is the 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab 4 10.1.
It boasts a resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels. The battery provided in the model
is a 6800mAh cell.
The trio of
the Galaxy Tab 4 series will hit the markets in the beginning of the summer. Prices
are yet to be announced.
