Meet the 7” Titan Samsung Galaxy W

How do you like the large phablets? What about the very large phablets? The newest addition of Samsung comes with the impressive size of the display – 7-inch inch in diagonal. The model looks more like a tablet than a smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy W was officially unveiled in South Korea.

It features a giant body with dimensions of 191.8 x 99.6 x 8.8 mm, 7-inch TFT LCD screen. The resolution is relatively low for this size of the device, only 720p. Here is the place to say that the size is the only impressive thing about the Galaxy W.

In terms of specs it definitely stands back compared to the high-end devices on the market today and even to some of the mid-rangers. It is powered by a quad-core CPU 1.2GHz with 1.5GB RAM. The internal memory in the device is 16GB with provided microSD slot for more. The Samsung Galaxy W comes with a pair of cameras that includes a 8MP rare and a 2MP front shooter. It runs on relatively old platform – Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Among the advantages of the model is the support for LTE-Advanced connectivity. The giant costs 490000 won (around $478). It will be released in South Korea by the carrier SK Telecom, available in red, black and white.
