IFA is like
Christmas in the digit world – it is this time of the year when companies from
all around the globe present their newest devices, gadgets, platforms and tech
in Berlin.
Samsung is one of the biggest players on the mobile arena and it followed the
tradition to make some big announcements at IFA.
There is no
doubt that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is the number one most anticipated flagship
of the Korean company. We can say that the model is the new advanced phablet
that brings the best of the software and the hardware today packed in a stylish
shell. The numerous rumors and gossips prior the debut of Galaxy Note 4
revealed that it is coming “dressed” in metal frame with more premium look and
enhanced design than its predecessor Galaxy Note 3. The rare cover of the new
addition of Samsung stands-out with faux leather pattern, just like the
backplate of the famous Galaxy Note 3. It boasts an elegant panel with
dimensions 153.5 x 78.6 x 8.5mm and weighs 176 grams.
The glass
integrated in the new device is Super AMOLED with 5.7-inch diagonal, 2560x1440p
resolution. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2.5D. The pixel
resolution is 515ppi. Behind the screen is hidden a powerful processor. One of
the versions of Galaxy Note 4 is working with a quad-core processor with
Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 silicon ticking at 2.7GHz. The second version of the
phablet is armored with an octa-core processor with Exynos 5433 chip courtesy
by Samsung. The 3GB RAM includes in the configuration ensure the brilliant
performance of the device for multitasking, browsing, gaming etc.
There are 32GB of internal memory and the model supports microSD cards, therefore the expansion is easy. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 comes to you with TouchWiz UI running on top of Android 4.4 KitKat with some of the authentic Samsung’s goodies, such as S Health. Speaking of health, the phablet is the first device of the company with integrated UV sensor that can alert users when they have had enough sun. There is a fingerprint sensor that improves the security of the phablet.

Camera-wise
the flagship is armored with a primary snapper with Smart OIS and a wide range
of features with a resolution of 16MP. The model comes with a 3.7MP front
sensor. The phablet is fully armored with connectivity features – Wi-Fi,
Bluetooth, 3G, 4G LTE, NFC and GPS to name a few. It works with the
characteristic S Pen stylus with enriched functionality compared to Galaxy Note
3. Galaxy Note 4 is endowed with a battery with 3220mAh capacity. The releasing
of the phablet is expected to happen later this fall. It will land on the
shelves of retailers and carriers in appealing color options – Frosted White,
Charcoal Black, Blossom Pink and Bronze Gold.
