Microsoft
announced the first handset with the new pattern for naming of the Lumia line.
It is the entry-level smartphone Microsoft Lumia 535. The phone was recently
unveiled and now it is almost ready to hit the markets. The Lumia 535 is
officially available for pre-orders in Germany. It is listed by several
major retailers in the country. They offer different deals for the phone.
For example
in Amazon.de the Lumia 535 costs €140 and the shipping date for the model is 5th of December. In
Alternate.de and in the official store of Microsoft in Germany the new
phone is offered for €120.
A quick reminder for the specs of the device includes a 5-inch screen IPS with
qHD resolution and pixel density of 220ppi. The display is protected with
Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
In the gut of the phone is working Snapdragon 200 chip
with 1GB RAM. It has 8GB storage and a slot for more memory via microSD cards.
The two cameras with a resolution of 5MP are set on the front and on the back
of the handset. The Lumia 535 comes in black, blue, gray, white, green and
orange. It is powered by a 1905mAh battery. The phone does not support LTE but
overall it boasts decent capabilities and specs for its price. It runs on
Windows Phone 8.1 OS.
