Vivo is one
of the “big players” on the mobile arena in China. Last year the company surprised
its fans by releasing the exceptional Vivo Xplay 3S. The smartphone was the
first handset equipped with a QHD display. Latest rumors suggest that Vivo will
soon introduce the new “thinnest phone in the world” – the X5 Max endowed with
4.75mm thick panel. The rumor mill delivered a fresh new leak about another
upcoming device of the company. The unannounced Vivo Xplay 5S is the successor
of Xplay 3S.
The handset
was caught on camera showing up a slick design with premium look. The rumored
specs of the device suggest that another high-end gladiator will enter the
digit world soon. It boasts a 6-inch QHD display with a pixel density of
490ppi. In the gut of the phablet works a quad-core CPU, Qualcomm Snapdragon
805 chip set at 2.5GHz. The RAM provided in the model is 3GB while the internal
memory is 32GB.
Vivo has integrated
a slot for microSD cards for expansion of the storage. Xplay 5S runs on Android
4.4.4 KitKat customized with Funtouch 2.0 UI. It has a 13MP rare camera on the
back with OIS, dual-tone flash and plenty of features. The front camera is also
impressive with 8MP resolution and wide-angle. Vivo Xplay 5S is powered by a
3500mAh cell. There are no hints yet when Vivo will introduce the phablet in China. Stay
