One of the big events scheduled for the beginning of May is the announcement of the high-end flagship Huawei Ascend P7. The rumor mill often delivers some interesting gossips and leaks about the upcoming smartphone so we cannot wait to see it goes official. The model is expected to debut on 7th of May in Paris.
The latest
news around the device however is not exactly about the Huawei Ascend P7 but
for its smaller variant. The company has just revealed the Huawei Ascend P7
mini. The small-sized sibling of the flagship will be officially released
together with the flagship few weeks after its debut. The specs of Ascend P7
mini are more modest than the high-end model. It is armored with a 4.5-inch
screen with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. The size of the phone is
noticeably smaller compared to the 5-inch upcoming device.
The mini
handset is quite powerful working with a quad-core 1.2GHz processor with
Qualcomm Snapdragon chip paired with 1GB RAM. The native memory in the model is
8GB (expandable). It runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box. The key
features that make the Huawei Ascend P7 mini stand out from the crowd include
an 8MP rare camera paired with 5MP front sensor. It supports different connectivity
features, including LTE which is very impressive for a mini model. The battery
of the smartphone is with a capacity of 2000mAh. The price of the Huawei Ascend
P7 mini is not announced yet, but we can make the sure guess that it will cost
around €250.
